That Spooky Time of Year.

Happy October 1st my creepy little bats. Let's start things off right this year with two films that crawled out of the cemetary on this very spooky day.

First off is the zombie film that schooled all other zombie films to come. That's right my little beasties. I'm talking about the 1968 George A. Romero shocker Night of the Living Dead. First film to show someone eating another persons guts.

Next up is the film that made Texas and power tools terrifying. The 1974 Tobe Hooper classic The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Things I learned from this film as a kid. Never pick up hitchhikers. Never go near abandoned looking farm houses. Most importantly, never go to Texas.

Sweet dreams. Don't let the zombies and cannibals bite. As always, Miss Violet Strychnine.
